Smile America Partners is an in-school dental organization founded more than 20 years ago to meet the dental needs of school-age children, mostly on Medicaid. Today, we provide preventive and restorative care to approximately 500,000 children in 18 states across the U.S. each year.
Helping meet the dental needs of underserved children may be the perfect solution for dentists in transition from full-time work or those who have already retired and want to give back or continue to make a difference in the lives of others. It will also connect you with other caring and compassionate dental professionals.
No administrative hassles
With this job you can avoid the stress and hassle of running your own practice. Our office handles the administrative details. Best of all, we’re helping kids who may not otherwise receive dental care.
Dentists earn a daily base pay that increases with travel time, plus there’s compensation for billed restorative procedures.
Work school hours
We offer both full-time and part-time work, but because we treat students while they are in school, you’ll only work school hours – no evenings, weekends or holidays. The work is flexible, in that you can work as much or as little as you want.
