Transitions. Making sense of Life’s Changes, William Bridges, Da Capo Press, 2004.
This book deals with most kinds of transitions a person may experience in life. Retirement is just one. The author makes an argument for three distinct phases a person must go through before a transition is complete. He feels there must be an end, then a “neutral zone” and finally a new beginning. He presents some helpful information for those having difficulty dealing with retirement.
