Younger Next Year, by Chris Crowley and Henry Lodge, MD, is more about health than about aging, but is a combination of the two. A person obviously can’t age well without being healthy. Chris can tend to wander making some sections of the book a bit tedious and rambling. However, in spite of any tedium, the book has many worthwhile points and it is interesting how the authors trace human development, evolution, and survival over the eons and relate that to current health. The book is light reading and puts many scientific studies into easily understood language.
